The staff is super friendly! The place is always stocked! Great products, trusted brands, huge variety!!!Only thing I would suggest is double checking some of the knowledge they give. Example being Bettas don't need heat. Yes they do, unless your house is constantly 80° haha

Excellent selection, prices and customer service. Only criticism I can make to the Woodstock location is the placement of handicap parking. You have 6 spaces designated to curb pick up directly in front of doors into the store, but handicap individuals have parking at the far ends of the stores corners, seriously! Time to re-think needs of the public now that Ovid is pretty well gone.

The guy in the fish area was awesome! I think his name was Jeff, it so nice to meet a knowledgeable person in the fish department of any store. You deserve a raise, I heard you give great tips to multiple people and helped me get a pleco. Thank you, we will be back!

I will not be returning to the grooming department. It cost me $138 to make my golden retriever look like this. I should’ve given my granddaughter some clippers, she would have done a better job! Worst haircut EVER!!!

Product review top paws beds for large breeds are not for dogs more than 10 lbs. Purchased 2, fleece fabric so thin my dogs nail went through, only had them a month, normally beds last me 2 years with regular washing. Would love a solution or exchange from the store.
