When trying to find a specific brand of dry cat food, their name came up. Gave them a ring to make sure my Google search was correct and they said they did have what I was searching for. It's in a strip mall area with lots of parking. The store may be small but their selection is big! Found exactly what I was looking for and took a look around as they have many options to keep your four legged family member healthy.

I always make a point to come here because the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They are kind and give honest advice

I will never buy my pet supplies anywhere else! This store not only has the best raw pet food but the snacks are always the healthiest! The sales staff have a knowledge and care for animals I’ve never seen in any other pet store! Need dog training or any advice ... they will answer all your questions ❤️ and my crazy reactive little rescue loves this place and is always welcome

This is a great pet supply store. The staff are very friendly knowledgable and helpful. I have always received very helpful advice from the staff. I have three pets with very specialized food requirements and they always carry food that my pets can eat. I would 100% recommend this store to anyone whether your a first time animal owner or have pets with specialized nutritional needs. If you have questions about animal nutrition be sure to consult with the staff. Animal nutritional is the number thing you should do for your pets.

Staff is always friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Chelsea helped me pick the good food for my dog as she was skipping meals with the previous brand I was buying. It seems expensive when you first look at the tags, but because of the higher quality, the bags last longer and your puppy is in better health in general.

Worst store I have ever shopped in never have I bought items in any other pet store that items including toys are covered in cat hair,the staff are not knowledgeable in most areas or you are completely ignored,I have spent hundreds of dollars in their store in the past 2 weeks it’s so upsetting when you buy a cone for your dog and try to exchange it for the proper size within hrs and they say they can’t exchange it for the proper size ,and they try to show you their policy which is covered with merchandise I have been going there for 2 years and never seen a policy !! Never again !! I will make sure everyone I know stops going there!! I will travel the couple of kilometres to a decent caring pet store not people who have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have had nothing but really positive experiences here. All the staff are really nice (I saw a negative review about one of the female employees that inspired me to review) in my experience they are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Last time I was in one of the women working was giving some tips on socializing my puppy during covid and it was beyond their job description and appreciated.I also really love the Primal pet food line for my dogs (who come in with me and are always treated great) and being able to pick it up in my own neighbourhood is awesome.

I've shopped at this one and another location and have received great service. The prices for the dog toys I've bought were less than Amazon and I feel better supporting local. I will be a returning customer and would recommend it to everyone.

Staff are always welcoming and helpful! Been coming to this location for years now. Good selection for a smaller store, seldom out of products. Good selection of different dog & cat foods, frozen, freeze dried, kibble and treats! My little one & myself also enjoy getting some cat love in too.
